Introductory Classes
At Body Tree Pilates Studio our goal is to provide a personalized and comprehensive approach to health and wellness by using the classical Pilates method.
In order to reach this goal it is imperitive that every participant be taught the fundimentals of the Pilates method. We do this by requiring that all new clients start with a four session introductory package tailored to the program they wish to join.
Intro to Personal Pilates Sessions (4 sessions)
Scheduled 8am-6pm Monday through Friday. 55min each.
In order to design an individualized program your first of four sessions will be dedicated to an assesment of your allignment, gait, strength, and flexibility. In addition, individual goals will be discussed, we will review any pertinant physical or medical history, and you will get an introduction to the Pilates apparatus. The following three sessions will focus on teaching the fundamentals of the Pilates method. Once you have completed your introductory sessions you may continue with Private lessons or start Duets.
Intro to Personal Pilates Mat Classes (4 sessions)
Tuesdays: Feb 8th, 15th, 22nd, & March 1st | 6-7pm
Call to Register
Pilates Mat classes dramatically strengthen, help with balance, and increase flexibility. During your 4 part intro class (held for 1hr per week for 4 weeks) you will learn the basic principles of Pilates mat work and will begin learning beginning level mat exercises. Upon completion, you are welcome to join ongoing mat classes.
