Owner & Pilates Instructor
After running a practice doing therapeutic techniques for animals for several years, Kelly decided to turn her attention towards working with people. After learning about traditional Pilates work and how it could be used to help anyone from athletes to those recovering from injury she decided to study the full Pilates repertoire under Nora St.John, past director of the Dance medicine division of St. Francis Hospital in San Francisco. Her training, one of the most vigorous and extensive Pilates training's available, focused on using Pilates in its traditional form. A form in which Pilates is not just done as an exercise routine but is done in a way which supports each persons particular body, function, and their particular goals. Kelly is so pleased to be in beautiful Meadow Vista and is very happy with the support she has received from the community.
